Researchers, inventors, makers and designers - around one hundred employees currently work at the fem in the Staufer city of Schwäbisch Gmünd: Scientists and engineers, technicians and laboratory technicians as well as employees in administration and general services. There are also interns, Bachelor's and Master's candidates, doctoral students and visiting scientists from abroad.

  • Mitarbeiterführung und -management: Schaffung eines positiven und produktiven Arbeitsumfelds / Leistungsbeurteilungen und Identifizierung von Schulungs- und Entwicklungsbedarf
  • Analytik: Fachliche Verantwortung für die Werkstoff- und Trinkwasseranalyse
  • Strategische Planung: Budget- und Kostenstellenverantwortung / Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Abteilungsstrategie / Identifizierung und Priorisierung von Dienstleistungsangeboten
  • Kooperationen und Netzwerke: Aufbau und Pflege von Partnerschaften mit Forschung und Industrie / Akquise von Industrieaufträgen und Initiierung von Forschungsprojekten / Zusammenarbeit in Normierungsgremien und mit der Deutschen Akkreditierungsstelle

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, einschlägiges Hochschulstudium (Promotion von Vorteil)
